    我的减肥食谱1

       
       昨天晚饭:一个玉米(本来只打算吃半个的,不过鉴于那个玉米个头不大还挺嫩就全部吃完了)+一个桔子+ 两片馍片(这个是多出来的,本不该吃)。
        今天晚饭准备吃 韭菜炒鸡蛋。两天没吃鸡蛋我就觉得自己会营养不良。要不要喝酸奶呢,这是个问题
         睡前的运动:30个全仰卧起坐,15 个半仰卧起坐,争取20个吧,控腿半个小时。
        我的体重称快点来吧。
